The representatives at Planet Drugs Direct are always friendly and helpful. Today, for example, I spoke with Louisa who was very courteous, thorough and efficient. She suggested that I sign up for the PDD newsletter so that I can receive a 5% discount. She also explained each part of my order to me, and what to expect. Unlike some other customer service reps at other companies, she never rushed me or made me feel I was taking up too much of her time. I will be a return customer.

Generally, the service is good, my only criticism is that drugs from Canada to the U.S. are taking much longer to arrive than drugs from the U.K. to the U.S.

I was able to get a BP drug that had been on back order from local pharmacies and was given exact instructions to do so. The price was much cheaper too. A win,win solution!!
