Marilyn was very helpful answering my questions. It wasn't her fault that it is taking so long to ship and that there is no tracking service. With shipping delays, and the extra cost during covid, you should have added a few more dollars and added tracking services

my only frustration with the company is the mailing of the products and the uncertainty of when the delivery date will be. The fact that I can't track the drugs once they get to the US is frustrating. I have had drugs delivered almost right away when I wasn't expecting them for weeks. They laid outside an unoccupied residence (in the rain) until I arrived at the location.

In the past when I have filled out this survey I would leave a 5 star review. This past order was horrible. The order was shipped the same day as placed and took over 6 weeks to get to me in Florida. I have never had a delivery take over 2 weeks and was out of my medication long before the new order arrived. It is a very pricey medication that would cost me the same for 30 days at Walgreens instead of 90 from Planet Drugs. I understand that they say it can take up to 8 weeks but my past experiences never took more than 2. There was no tracking on the package. I believe that would have helped speed things up or at least I would have known where the hold up was.
