My medications were sourced from Canada and arrived in 7-10 days from order, notwithstanding Covid and the US mail issues under the Trump administration. Without notice, the source was changed to Europe. It took 6 weeks to get my medications, when I had no reason to expect such a difference. Even though I ordered a month before I needed the medication, I had to obtain an interim supply locally. PDD.com replied with boiler-plate language to my concerns when I was running out and took no responsibility for the failure to give me a heads-up on the new prolonged delay by re-sourcing. I see it now as an Amazon-type organization, rather than a professional business caring for the health and well-being of its customers. I have my own back now. Greatly disappointed.

In my limited experience, the company has difficulty maintaining their VISA and Mastercard payment capability. I signed up because they had these (or said they had). In theory, they accept electronic prescriptions from my physician. In fact, this did not work. I finally scanned a paper copy and mailed it. But when I tried to fill my first order, they could not accept either payment method and told me I needed to connect them to my bank account directly (out of the question, from a security perspective). Eventually, they admitted I could mail a check. Turns out that the mail delivery to their address (or their internal systems) take forever. Add that to the absurdly long shipping time (8 weeks) and I was out of my prescription long before I received the order. The second order was worse. They lost the check. So that was 90 days from order to delivery. Now (they say) they can accept MasterCard, but not VISA. maybe. We'll see. All in all: good prices horrible, horrible buying experience.
