I am very upset. I have been using Planet Drugs Direct since June, 2018. With the exception of a problem with a script arriving at the same time as my order being filled in December, 2020 & causing a delay in shipment, I have had no problems. However, it has been a month since I ordered a refill, I still do not have the delivery. I keep very good records. For example, since last July, 2020, my drug has taken 7, 8,6, 14 or 9 days. I could go back further. I called Customer Service today--no explanation, except blame the postal service. Since I received no help, I asked to reorder with expedited mailing service. They do not offer expedited mailing service, their tracking just went up to $25 charge, & the medication miraculously went up another $4 . I am disgusted--I order on time, am a retiree, & on a limited income. Again, they offer NO solution.

Thank-you for taking the time to leave us a review! The COVID-19 pandemic has wreaked havoc on global supply chains, logistics and has created processing delays. Although our organization was impacted in many ways, we can confirm that the vast majority of customers have received their orders placed during the pandemic – albeit with longer than normal shipping time frames. We are staying on top of government regulations in each of the jurisdictions we conduct business in and believe that our service has been restored to normal with very few exceptions.

I have been a customer of Planet Drugs for years. The prices are are way less than the U.S.A. pharmacies. One time it was $359 for the original statin drug at Walmart and $33 for the generic at Planet Drugs. So....I told Walmart to keep their drug. I don't mind waiting a week or too for the drugs. I just plan ahead

Always quick and easy. Just take into account that the prescriptions come from overseas and have to go through customs.
