7 weeks and still have not received medication. Normally only takes 2 weeks maximum even through the Covid times. When contacting customer service, their standard answer is wait 8 weeks. I know that medication is lost somewhere in transit. You should send a tracking number to allow customers to track where and when the order will arrive.

Thank you for your sending my prescription so promptly! My Doctor had suggested I stop using my prescription, so I let it run out. Then I started getting hot flashes again and asked my Doctor if I could go back on it. She finally agreed. And in the pandemic it was sent in two weeks!!

Excellent phone service ,& very knowledgeable individuals. 6 week delivery seems too long. One of my orders got lost, now it's 12weeks.I'm out of drugs that I need desperately. How can this be fixed???
