Negative: Price has been hiked twice on Entresto product and its affiliate brand (India-produced) since I became a customer of yours, and during a global pandemic no less. Not a good feeling. They are prompt to email me reminders for refills. I often neglect to call them. They will call me and I get to speak to a real person. I receive my medicine promptly, usually in half the time they project. I am very satisfied with the service and the savings.
