I was contacted that my prescription didn't match my previous dosage. The chat person offered to contact my physician's office to rectify it, up to four times to be persistent (hopefully just once will be enough). They then offered if I have any other medicines needed in the family and to look up the prices. So yes, I did have another medicine I was curious about and now I have that price to figure out if Planet Drugs works best for that medicine, too. The USA insurance system with its high deductibles pretty much means we pay for medicines out of pocket, and Planet Drugs is a great option. I actually learned about it from a nurse at my doctor's office. Thank you planet drugs and twice now I've used the chat and your people are terrific and it really lowers my stress during this pandemic time.

Overall, I am a satisfied customer. PlanetDrugsDirect.com (PDD) has always had everything I search for; and they *always* have it for less. I wish shipping was faster, but I've adjusted my expectations to manage the long shipping times. If you need a prescription fast, not here; but if you have maintenance prescriptions that you can plan for, this is the place to save a bunch of money!

I have used PDD for years. Their service has always been great. However, in the last six months, I find the inhaler for my generic Symbicort has been difficult to use. The spring inside makes it very difficult to use. I wish this issue could be remedied.
