I too am disappointed in the long delivery delays that other online commercial vendors are not experiencing so I wonder why Plant Drugs Direct can't do a better job. I am also disappointed that I now get my medication from Turkey through Mauritius and the packaging is not in English. COVID can't be an endless excuse for service failure.

Planetdrugsdirect has changed their policy requiring that in order to refill a prescription you have to send them a hard copy which insures that only they can refill it. I find that deceptive.
