The ordering process was easy enough. The pricing is certainly good, compared to other options domestically. What I don't care for is that once the order is placed, it rapidly goes into a black hole of information available. I received an email confirmation about the reorder being processed. This is my first reorder. The initial order did let me know when it was being shipped. After that, there was a later notice when it was clearing customs. Then it really vanishes into the ether until such time as it shows up at your address. What I don't understand about the procedure is that once it's turned over to USPS, PharmStore says that it can't be tracked. That seems absurd to me, because USPS is actually quite good at tracking. Perhaps that's to keep shipping costs down? If you're waiting for important medication and you don't know when it will show up, it becomes nerve-wracking.
