Great service. When an order didn't show up, Pharm Store immediately sent another order at no cost trusting us to call and pay if the first order ever did show up. (It did, about 3 weeks later.) We've recommended Pharm Store to many people including our doctor.

I initially used a referral agency in the U.S. to put me in touch with the PharmStore.com. While I was initially informed by both the referral agency and PharmStore that the apixaban was manufactured in India, it was also my impression from both that the prescription would be shipped from Canada. It was not until after I had placed the order AND paid for the product that I was informed it would ship directly from the manufacturer in India, shipping directly to me. Instead of taking maybe a week at most to transport from, what I expected would be, a location in Canada, it took nearly 4 weeks to travel half way around the world. And while I was given a tracking number once shipped, tracking information and updates were spotty at best. When I emailed or called PharmStore to ask if they had any updates, the answer was always the same, the order was enroute and I would be informed when it arrived at a U.S.P.S. I received that notice the same day it arrived in my mailbox.

Rest assured all our medications are safe! India has the largest number of US FDA approved sites outside of the US. In fact, the US FDA has a permanent office in India and conducts regular inspections of Indian sites.
