I have always received my medication as promised. Every representative I have interacted with has been helpful and always glad to answer questions.

So many extra fees and interested in finding out if the tariffs paid will be returned. Shipping is slow, but it does save some money.

Between the USA Tariffs and the war with Iran closing the Strait of Hormuz, I have had difficulty receiving my medication. I ordered it in early February and was notified last week (end of March) that it was "disrupted" and they had to start over. It is shipped from a country in Africa. This is more than slightly nerve racking given I shouldn't miss any doses of my medication. I used this company all last year with no problems and much cheaper prices but this year has been difficult due to the actions of the current administration.
