Delivery time needs to be improved. App is easy to use and very informative. Quality products at a reduced price from current US estimates. Future pricing needs to be lowered to compete with new US regulations and long term production goals.

I appreciate any company that answers the phone and talks to you and doesn’t keep you on hold forever or have you pushed through multiple buttons to get to where you wanna go only to be on hold. PHARM store has it been a great job delivering my prescription in the one time it did get stuck at the border the PHARM store refilled the prescription free of charge And sent it out again
