Worst system ever. Do not use them as they are incompetent and their system is not conducive to taking care of the customer. I ordered on February 13th. and tracking system does no let you know when it arrived in April. That is 2 months and is totally unacceptable. Due to the long delay, we had moved back to Chicago, and they said they could not re-route it, So I now have to pay another fee to get it to me, with more delays. Do not use these people, as a real person is hard to reach and getting updates impossible.
