With all the changes coming due to tariffs it was difficult to get through by phone. I understand. I went online and Karl W. was a great help. He processed my renewal and took care of everything for me. He made it very easy. Thank you for taking care of it for me!

It's always been 5 stars until the political system entered the scene. Took a week to finally manage to talk to a real person, email, phone 3 times, waiting about an hr on the phone. Representative was super nice and helpful although I could have answered questions online. As frustrating for you as for me I expect. But thanks for the service. Karen
