I appreciate that there is a way to get my drugs at a reasonable rate…. On Social Security, I cannot afford some of the drugs if it wasn’t for the Pharmstore !

Service has been very professional and responsive. I would like to mention that my most recent attempts to reach Pharmstore Custoner Service, i.e week of August 11th. Unfortunately, the Tarrif announcement caused an undue delay in making a contact with a Customer Service Representative. In fact, I had attepted A few times and the response was abnormaly long. For the record, never did make connection on my first 3 attempts, wait times of 1, 2 and 2 hours before giving up. However, after my first attempt, I did make a successful attempt on-line as suggested. I didn't realize until 2 days later that there was a problem with my order. My constructive criticism is that I could not dtermine what the problem was. I started to get voice messages from Pharmstore of a problem and to please contact Customer service. NowMy order has shipped. My constructive comments are not the call back times. This was due to the tarrif constraints. BUT THERE WAS NO CLEAR REASON IDENTIFIED ON LINE.

Put on hold on phone for over 3 hours. Order finally placed on August 10th is still not shipped on August 20th. Then you call me about shipping an alternative product which I OK'd, but then no email of that order either. Your service has seriously go down hill.
