I've dealt with PharmStore for many years and have largely been satisfied. Unfortunately, an order that I placed on Feb 15, 2026 was never delivered. Tracking showed that once it was shipped, it made it from Great Britain to Los Angeles in a single day, but then it was never seen or heard from again. After waiting 4 or 5 weeks I called PharmStore. They were somewhat sympathetic, but basically said: your problem, not ours. I asked about the Norton guarantee. In general their response was: What's that? Finally, after a bit of back and forth, they agreed that they would replace the order free of charge. Great! Only, to them, free of charge meant that I had to pay $11.00 worth of import and custom fees. What? I did absolutely nothing wrong. I ordered and paid for the product and didn't get it. Why am I being charged ANYTHING? That left a very sour taste in my mouth and I will be actively looking for a new alternative. Talk about finding a nit-picking way to alienate a long time customer. ...
