An order for the UK version of Gemtesa was sent to you several months ago and I have not yet received it. I would like to know the status of this order at your earliest convenience. This was ordered long before Trump's terrible tarriffs and I am still doing without this drug which was recommended by my physician. This is not what I had come to expect from your business. Please bring me up to date. There is nothing "abusive" nor "profane" about this comment. I would like to know who else has received a lack of response from you. Is it a long list or just me?
