You auto-debited my account in August for a 90 day supply of generic Jardiance, and it didn't arrive. When I called to report it lost in transit, I was told it never shipped because of tariffs/inventory control or some such nonsense. I asked when it would ship, and was told "We don't know". You offered me the proprietary Jardiance at three times the price, saying it could be shipped from the UK. All I needed to do was send more money. I think this is unconscionable! Your operator's advice is to just keep calling back and checking for a release date from Mauritius. This is NO WAY TO RUN A BUSINESS. I will no longer refer others to you, and I would appreciate some customer support. I find it very difficult to believe that no one at Pharmstore has any idea when my prescription will become available to me again.
