It is good till it’s NOT. I ordered a 90 day supply of Eliquis in August 2025 along with one other medication. They did ship the Eliquis finally in Sept, but not the other product and they took $415.99 out of my account. The problem is the Eliquis only cost $128.99. The $415.99 was the total of both item, I let it ride, as I wrongfully assumed the other product would be shipped shortly. I still have not received the second product and just this week they took $145.60 out of my account. I haven’t ordered anything since August. I had a chat with a representative today and they acknowledge the error but are sending my money back. Looking at the facts: (1) they have had my money since early Sept, they know they have it (2) they took money out of my account this week without an authorization (3) And they won’t send my money back to me without a bunch of hoops. (4) They offered an account credit, but I don’t need that much of a credit so I said NO. BUYER BEWARE. THE WILL BITE YOU

I live in the U.S. and for several years have ordered my prescription through PharmStore.Com. I apologize for the difficulties of unreasonable tariffs placed on Canadian products, which, in turn, will make it more difficult for me, but I have faith in your product and your organization, and I know your organization will do their best to continue to provide medication to people like me in the U.S. for a reasonable price. Thank you for connecting with me about the tariff debacle and how it's affecting the consumer's ability to continue to get responsibly priced, life saving drugs through the PharmStore.com. I certainly appreciated the heads up and the waiver so I could get an additional 3 months supply of this life saving drug before the ridiculous tariffs went into effect, which still kept it affordable. I don't know what the future holds with this maniac in the White House, but, I will continue to be a loyal customer of the PharmStore.com
