The service is good, and you have done well to handle the tariffs. My only complaint is that over time the prices continue to climb substantially, and the capsule count continues to decrease. I have also noticed that you now cease to inform the patient when the prescription authorization needs to be renewed by my doctor. You should put a notice with the Rx online the correct number of prescriptions that remain before renewal. At least you could get the capsule count to match a monthly period. A prescription for 168 tablets is useless and silly. That is sad for us.

I am grateful we have access to your pharmacy - given what they’re charging in the US. The product is just fine. My only complaint is with the caps. I have arthritis and can’t unscrew the safety caps.
