Just tracking a refill order. System worked great! Very easy to use and see where item has been, is, and when I can expect delivery. Good to estimate future delivery time for reordering. John D

Normally this site is very good, but my last exchange was pitiful. I placed and order in September that I am still waiting for. First there was an error on the order that was "corrected", then everytime I called for an update I received a different story from customer service. I'm still waiting for that prescription and it's Dec. 1st. When things go well it is a cost saver. When things don't go well be prepared for poor customer service and a long wait.

With U.S. import changes started on August 29, 2025 (removing the exemption for goods under $800), some orders may see higher costs, longer shipping times, or limited availability.
