Still waiting on an order that cleared customs in chicago on Nov. 15th!! I'm afraid to order any more meds until I receive this one!

Shipping should only take 2-6 weeks (Due to the changes to U.S. import regulations back in August 2025) from the date you're notified that your order has been shipped out. My order was shipped to me October 24 and cleared U.S. Customs on October 28. Tomorrow will be 6 weeks, and I still haven't received my medicine. However, this is the first problem I've ever had with Pharmstore. The customer service rep suggested I reorder the meds, but I don't want to have to pay the extra fee he quoted just to possibly run into another shipping delay, if that's the problem.
