I worked with KARL W He was knowledgeable and efficient however I have one complaint is that when you’re doing the texting back-and-forth I realize I have other people but the lag in time is not good I feel that if they stay with the customer, they can get through it a lot quicker and move onto the next that is just my thought because I am in Customer Service myself.

With U.S. import changes started on August 29, 2025 (removing the exemption for goods under $800), some orders may see higher costs, longer shipping times, or limited availability. Because of this and higher volumes, price match is temporarily paused, but we’ll keep working to bring you the best prices we can.

Love Pharmstore, but still waiting for my meds. I will run out in 21 days!!! My meds have been "stuck" in Chicago since Nov. 15!!!

Just make sure to place your order at least 7-8 weeks in advance. Ordering is super easy and whom ever you talk to is very helpful.

We are still waiting on my last medicine, & I have to have it this week, I will be out of my other by Thursday, didn’t have this problem the last time
