I've had Apixaban on order since October 16, paid $17.40 twice for tariff and admin fees, and not received anything. FDA says not labeled properly, and Pharmstore wants me to pay $17.40 again to try to ship, without changing anything

In October 2025 I ordered a blood thinner my doctor put me on. I normaly get it through you (and all is well). This time there is a delay, It is December 2025 and I still have not received it. When I called and talked to someone, They tell me it is being sent. My check has already been cashed by you but still have not received the medication. Can someone please address this?

I am having the same issue as Dianne N. No problem for the last year and now I still haven't received my September order. I have reordered, paid the fees and am still waiting for the replacement. I have called numerous times to check and it and have been told it was shipped on Dec. 1, merely sent to England on Dec. 1, shipped on December 2, shipped on Dec. 17 and today told it was shipped on Dec. 1. Losing faith.
