Everything was excellent till this last shipment ordered 10/24/25. My doctor didn't sign the new prescription, which was part of the problem. Then for some reason the shipment was returned to you, and you didn’t know why when I called to check on the order. I assume maybe there might have been a problem with the paperwork, since the new tarriffs went into effect. The new shipment has not arrived yet, but cleared customs on 12/29/25 in Chicago. I ran out of your pills, but had a partial bottle from here in the states, from when I first got AFIB. I had to get a refill at my pharmacy yesterday. It cost me $311.01 for only one month, but did include my deductible amount for the year for my prescription insurance. I was not happy with the cost, but I needed them. Life is not always easy or fair! Thank you for getting this worked out! I really value your company and service!!!! You are a blessing to people, who cannot afford their medicine here in the states.

I highly recommend the PharmStore. The customer service reps are very pleasant and helpful. I love their updates and reminders, and their prices are great! My husband and I have been using them for two years and will continue to as long as we need our meds.
