I was told in an email that my order was dispatched on November 12th, 2025. As of yet, I have not received anything from PharmStore. I don't know how I can feel confident that I will be able to maintain a continuous dosage with this kind of service. It is now January 3, 2026.

I've been very pleased with the auto refill, reminders for new scripts and the ease of delivery to my door. The costs are so much less than a regular pharmacy and helps me save some money while on a limited income. I'm so happy with the staff when I call and have questions, they are so friendly and helpful and explain in easy to understand explanations. I hope to be able to continue with them for many more years to come.

I ordered medication like I do almost every three months … unfortunately it never came …. My check $223.69 was cashed on 11/7/2025 and it was not delivered ! Ugh …. I called numerous times and was given information that it was in Ontario then was told it was maybe in Californa…. A different story every time I called. So disappointed!!! I asked for a refund ( check) and that has not come….. $223.69 is a lot of money to me.. I was told it will be sent !!! But has not ! I will contact my Credit Union and file an affidavit for fraud. Was told the check would come around 1/10/2026! So disappointed!
