Very, very disappointed and at this point angry. Placed an order in Oct and still have not received my medication. It is very important I have and take these pills. The first shipment has apparently been lost. I asked Pharmstore to research and find out what happened so as not to have a recurrence but no action taken. The second order appears to be lost as well. It looks as though it gets hung up in customs but nobody knows why. It gets hung up in Chicago and just disappears. I talk to Pharmstore representative and they act like there is nothing they can do. Now you have reordered and the problem persist. Isn't your business to import these drugs and understand the process. Please find out what's going on and fix it.
