I had previous good experiences with Pharmstore, but this last one was sadly terrible. 1. I ordered my script 9/29/25 which was about 10 weeks in advance. 2. On 11/14/25 (6 weeks later) I got a letter from FDA saying they seized the shipment, because it was NOT LISTED/APPROVED by them. 3. At this point i went on half dose and called PS and was told this happens sometimes & they would expedite reorder - expect it in 4 weeks. 4. Went on 1/4 dose and then finally ran out, they said it had shipped, should receive REORDER by 12/29/25 two weeks longer than promised. 5. On 1/2/26 still hadn't received it and called PS for refund, they said ok and expect it to post 4-5 days, IT STILL DIDN'T POST AFTER 10 DAYS!!! 6. Called my credit card and filed a complaint. 7. Finally received the product, but I am afraid to take it due to the FDA issue! 8. Three months+ to get my script & multiple lies!!! I want my refund!

So far my last 2 orders have yet to show up; Apixiban from Ireland. The shipments get to Los Angeles, CA, USA, but seem to be either "stuck" or lost there. I am then forced to go to the doctor's office to get "samples". What ever you can do to help would be great. Your overall service has been very good.

Have made many recommendations to family and friends to use Pharmstore. However, if you need meds more quickly than 2 to 4 weeks out, Pharmstore is not the answer as shipping usually happens from other countries. But wonderful prices. Love the service. Been using them for many years when prices in US are way too high.
