Phone service was terrible waited over hour was then cut off with no. Call back I again waited to get thru lm considering another sorce for my meds

From the order date of September 2, 2025 through January 1, 2026 I have not received the medication. This medication has been paid for. In early January I requested a cancellation of the order and a refund of the monies paid and I was informed that I needed to send a voided check to receive the monies. This order was paid by a credit card and I refused to send a voided check they could be used to withdraw monies from my account. Canada Pharmacy has not provided the medication and refuses to provide a refund….no service..
