What concerns me most is that local docs have no concern while prescribing $1000. a month drug to someone with a dangerous illness and have no way of paying that amount. I have personally told my friends as well as my docs about your pharmacy in Canada and none of them ever heard about it. Are they living under a rock or do you need to enlist an info campaign to all doctors and expensive drug users.

I appreciate the service at PharmStore, but agree that the process for ordering has gotten more complicated, not as user-friendly, and I am amazed at the increase in price, which has almost doubled since I last ordered three months ago. I know that there is a tariff issue, as the cost of the prescription itself has increased significantly, in addition to tariff costs. This is disappointing as the entire point of ordering from Canada is the significant cost savings.

I never received my order. It has been 2 months. I have spoken to your company 3 times. They say they can do nothing and the problem is with the US postal service. I’m so frustrated. I need this medicine and do not know what to do. I do not want to have to reorder and pay the fees again. I know that Pharmstore is not at fault.
