Prices are good and their customer service reps are knowledgeable and very helpful. The only reason I gave a four star rating is because trying to get a rep on the phone has become frustrating. I’ve called and not been able to get through and arranged for a call back but that is usually hours later and I’ve had occasions where I didn’t get a call back. This problem seems to have begun when they went to online ordering. That’s another problem too. When trying to reorder a prescription I’ve been directed to a rep and get in the loop of waiting again.
