Renelle was good to discuss with. I had issues logging in. She reset my password. I scanned and uploaded a new copy of my prescription. She was helpful in getting the order places today.

Takes a long time to get refills, make sure you order early.

I requested a refill back in October, it got lost in the mail, then on December 2025, we requested it again, they wanted to charge me for shipping again, but after a good conversation, they waived the fee. Today, 2/10/2026, the medication (2nd order) never got to us. Confirming that the first order never made it either. We have PharmStore for almost one year, two previous orders came on time, the last two were lost.
