I received prescription that I ordered through Pharmstore and it turned out to not work well for me. I called them and let them know and they made it very easy for me to replace it with another prescription from a different country. I was very happy with the interaction and the way things turned out.

PharmStore is great,,,, but prescriptions are taking longer then ever before and information as to delivery date is not reliable. Lesson learned..... order with a minimum of 5 weeks.

i ORDERED MY BLOOD THINNER XARELTO (Rivaroxaban) THE FIRST WEEK OF JANUARY, 2026.. YOU TOOK MY MONEY OUT OF MY ACCOUNT, $91.98 ON JANUARY 9, 2026. IT IS NOW THE FIRST WEEK OF MARCH AND I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY BLOOD THINNER. PLEASE FIND MY MEDICINE AND SEND IT TO ME. I'M WORRIED EVERYDAY ABOUT MY BLOOD.

Processing takes too long, which adds to the time of receipt. Tracking also is unreliable. If you inquire about an order, Pharmstore doesn't know any status either.
