It takes too long to receive an order. It use to be 2-4 weeks then it was 4 weeks plus & the last time it was 6 weeks!

I have used pharmstore many times and been happy with them. This last experience was poor. There was no tracking, the shipment did not come from Canada, I think it came from Africa, the fist shipment got lost, the second shipment arrived after about two weeks but again with no tracking. They tell you it will arrive in two to six weeks, but you can’t track it. I had to have my doctor send a prescription to my local pharmacy and pay full price twice.

My first order was delayed because of the conflict and when Pharma notified me that they were canceling it and refilling it and directing it a different route I told them I only had a small amount of my medication left, and they were very concerned and managed to get my medication to me Within a short period of time. Their response in getting the medication to me as quickly as they did showed me that they care about their customers.
