I was reluctant at first to get my meds through the mail and especially from so far away. However, I have been very pleasantly surprised by the efficiency and professionalism I’ve come across. I will continue to get my meds this way as long as that continues.

The service is excellent. I am very pleased with the response and the quality of the service and people that I deal with at your place. I do have a problem with the changing of what forms of payment that you accept. First is was Mastercard, then Visa and the last time it was only electronic check only. We can do this but we keep need to change to accommodate your system.

Since the tariffs were put in place I found the medicine I was paying for was much higher than the US. Now I am not saving anything by buying it in the US. I loved PharmStore and I tell all my friends to call for prices.

I ordered a refill on my prescription on Jan. 10 which I'm still waiting for. Reodered it on March 11 expedited shipping and have not received received that order. Pharm store emailed me that the second order has been shipped. I suggest that Pharm store include tracking numbers for customers so that they could track their orders. Other than this complaint, I have been very satisfied with your service. Hoping you will correct this issue quickly.
