I have been a customer for years. Beginning this year I found it hard to communicate refill orders with Pharmstore Quite hard to reach your site both via email & “A LIVE person” phone hold lines are very long day after day , each time. Eventually the recorded message says leave your number & we will get back to you & you will not loose your place in line. “It does not happen”. What has changed? You said you sent a request for prescription to my Dr , my Dr says they never got it. .Do I need to find another pharmacy?
