I have used Drug Mart Direct for the last several years for my Generic Xarelto Blood Thinners However, with regard to My most recent Order = it was DENIED & MOST Importantly DELAYED after the Woman who took My Credit Card Info (Which I Repeated & Recited to Her TWICE,) She proceeded to input the #s on my Master Card INCORRECTLY = therefore I was Notified 3 Days Later & this has now DELAYED My Order!! I gage her my Bank Card to Expedite this matter & Called Master Card immediately!! I WILL Run Out of Xarelto If this Order Does Not Arrive BY 01/12/2024!! I Am NOT Happy and a Supv @ Master Card told Me that They Have PROOF that She NEVER Put this Transaction thru on the Day Which I Ordered thru Her, & that there was NOTHING Wrong with the Card I Provided!!! I Sure Hope that this Order was Expedited as I was Told when I Called Back to Complain about HER Mistaken Debacle!! I await Your Reply as well as My Xaralto Order! Respectfully, Susan Simone
