Policy must be updated. Where can I get a written prescription and MAIL it to you. Every thing is electronic. Prescriptions that I have are given by DR in my health record

I find the service of your customer service team to be excellent. Unfortunately, one of my medications that I have been buying for years from you has become so expensive that I have begun to purchase it from the US, where the generic in the US is now 30% less than from DMD. :-( I still get several medications from DMD, so I will keep using it as long as the prices on those medications hold firm.

I finally received my Rx, but it took forever. Did I do something wrong that stalled the order? I will re-new when I get closer to the end of my Rx. Hopefully it won't take as long as it did for first order.
