I use your services for Myrbetriq. Since the brand name is most expensive, I have used your services for generic alternatives. I was moved to using the Turkey version of Myrbetriq. Then at the renewal, you were out of the Turkey version and recommended the Canadian version of Myrbetriq. At the next renewal I investigated the alternatives and found that the Turkey version and Canadian version labeled their active ingredient as Mirabegron and not Myrbetriq. I called and shared my findings and disappointment with Kala from your service department. With each renewal in the past my cost continued to rise for what I thought was Myrbetriq. I felt this was misleading and asked for a refund of the increased amounts. Kala did agree to credit the difference to me. We then renewed using the generic Mirabregon which seemed to be working for me. I appreciated the consideration I was given from Kala and will continue to use your services and products.
