Last order price doubled. Address said was shipped from London England. Thought it was shipped from Canada always before. What is up with that?

My prescription was mailed, but was returned without any notification to me. When I didn’t receive it because it was six weeks late from the order I called to find out if it had been shipped and found out that it had been shipped and returned and being shipped a second time. I should’ve been notified at the time that it was re-shipped to my home address thank you.
