There was a shipping problem with a recent refill on my medication order. The prescription did not arrive as anticipated. As soon as I called DrugMartDirect, my call was referred to a crisis customer services representative who immediately activated a re-supply order with no additional charge for shipping or handling. This re-supply order arrived quickly and I'm very pleased..!
