My recent order was detained by the US FDA at JFK Airport in NY (port of entry) because the packaging did not have an “RX Only” marking on the outside of the box and, when the box was opened the FDA did not find sufficient instructions for administering the drug. I called DrugMart who immediately issued a replacement order. The Customer Service was knowledgeable, courteous and so efficient. I was told the US FDA randomly pulls packages for inspection and I just happened to be in the 1% of DrugMart orders that this happens to. Although it took 2.5 weeks for my replacement to arrive, all is good and I will continue to be a faithful DrugMart customer.
