Working well, until a representative for some reason called my wife to offer/adjust her medications. This in and of itself is not a problem, except in the method of payment. Like many households, one person is charged with the payment of bills and management of accounts. By calling her directly the caller created a disconnect and problem for me to solve, not provide the service I need. I had set up the authorization to handle her prescriptions and she is/was 100% involved in selection etc. Billing on the other hand is my department, and the reason we use DrugMartDirect, to save money. Just don't meddle.

I have been ordering meds from Drug Mart for over 3 years. Their service is outstanding along with reasonable prices/generic availability of high-priced US meds. Having recommended them to several family members and friends, extended shipping time is the only allowance customers need to make. Order/Reorder to allow 4-6 weeks ship time.
