Very confusing site and customer service. I never received a tracking number, had to call and ask for one. I ordered a med for my pet and they never told me that they would create a different account with a different name and password for my pet, making it impossible to find any info about my order. Took them 9 days to ship from receiving my order. Also, I referred them to my sister for her pet and they sent my sister three inhalers, no problem, but then argued with me about only sending me two inhalers. The whole experience was frustrating and one I do not care to repeat.
