I've only had 2 prescriptions filled from you and I had no problem. But I had a problem when I called your toll free number to get information on what I needed to do to get a prescription filled, She said all I needed to do after I finished setting up my account was to fax the prescription I needed. I faxed it and the money was taken out of my checking and a few days later someone called and said I needed to mail the original prescription. Your people called me two more times wanting the original, I finally found it and mailed it and then a week later I received a call wanting to know where it was and I told the lady I had already mailed it, Then she asked if I put 3 stamps on it and I told her no because I didn't know I needed to. After that I gave up and had my doctor call you. Why wasn't I told this at the time I called to set uo an account. If it hadn't already paid for it I would have canceled the order and called Canada Pharmacy on Line.

However, our pharmacists do require the physical prescription to be mailed to us, which is why we recommend having your doctor send it directly. That way, you can skip mailing the physical copy yourself. If you need more details or assistance, feel free to reach out!
