My husband has been using DrugMartDirect since last November. About a year ago, I started taking a medication that had no generic equivalent. Now that medication does have a generic available so I created an account and placed my order a couple of days ago. I had a quick question about mailing protocol so I started a chat with Marilyn S who answered my question. Then, I had a question about my husband's account. So I logged on to his account and started a chat with Marilyn S. She not only helped me with that question, but also informed me that I didn't need to pay for the unlimited shipping because of our family connection. Also, I received a $20 discount on my order. Finally, she helped me with my husband's order and placed that order at the same time. Marilyn S was very, very helpful and I am so happy that she cleared up my questions.
