50% of the time I research someone I can understand, but we get through it. Had bad expense this last year. When I made last order about August they suggested I double order because of tariff increases. So I did. First order arrived ok, but package crushed. 2nd order arrived package crushed and no product inside. So they agreed to replace it but with and added fee of $10.46, which should not have happened considering i made 2 orders at the same time. After a couple months I still hadn't received order, but they kept calling me for the $10.46, which i agreed to pay once I received my order. The I was contacted by the Customs that the order had been seized and destroyed. Yet they kept calling for the $10.46. After sending them pictures of the lost product package and the letter from customs, they agreed to resend the order with of course a $10.46 fee. I finally got the order about3 months later and sent them the $10.46 check the next day. Yup, they didn't receive it. Three times they cal

I have not received mt orders: my first one I did get, but the order I payed for Nov.26,2025 I did not receieve. So I called and tolk them about it. Then I requested another order to be sent, then I request another order in December, I hope that onr I will receive I had to Pay for the shipping again.
