For a number of years I have been complimentary of DrugMartDirect with pricing, attention to detail, response to issues and a system that functioned as advertised. I can not say the same presently. I have an order that was "shipped" on December 1, 2025. This was an order that for years we received from Turkey/Mauritius but now originates in Britain. This is seven weeks and three days and still not received. I believe this time element is beyond reasonable and I have heard nothing from DrugMartDirect regarding this order. It would seem that a good business plan would be for the "pharmacy" to be tracking these orders and keeping the customer informed. Instead, we now see the orders split in to several mailings and never any consistency of the past.

I still have NOT received my medication. It has been almost 3 months since I ordered it. I had to go to my pharmacy to get my meds. I have spent $400.00 so far. Do you know where my medication is and when it will get here?
