Up until recently I would have given Drug Mart Direct 5 Stars Plus! for their promptness, courtesy and attention to detail, however I was greatly disappointed in their complete lack of a backup plan regarding the recent Canadian Postal strike. One of my drugs is supplied by a Canadian pharmacy and yet there was no backup plan to use Fed Ex/UPS/Purolator or some other delivery service to make sure I got my much-needed medication. Another alternative for Drug mart Direct would have been to source the medication from an overseas pharmacy. I was forced to scramble to find another service to supply the medication I needed. Fortunately another Canadian drug service provided that service. In March of 2025 there will be a re-opening of the discussions between the Canadian Government and the Postal workers, there may be another strike impending, my suggestion to DrugMartDirect.com is to use the intervening 3 months to formulate and put in place, a backup plan.
