I highly recommend and am thankful this company is able to provide much needed prescription medicines at reasonable prices. Without their service I wouldn’t be able to afford the medication due to outrageous drug insurance copays. I’m able to pay for my medication out of pocket without breaking the bank. Website navigation, uploading prescriptions and placing the initial order to reordering, was relatively simple. Reorder notifications arrive well in advance of my supply running out. Shipping timeframe quoted has currently been on point.

Placed my initial order on 12/6/24. Received it on 12/27/24. I was told by the customer service representative that the orders normally take 2-3 weeks as they come directly from the manufacturers who are mainly over seas. He also suggested that due to the holidays it could take even longer. I had enough of my medication on hand so the shipping time frame didn't concern me. I was pleasantly surprised when the medication was here in 3 weeks. Drug Mart Direct came highly recommended. This medication is a lifetime necessity and even with insurance here in the United States it would cost me several hundred dollars for 90 days. Something someone on a fixed income, like most middle class Medicare patients, simply cannot afford long-term. Drug Mart Direct was able to get me the same medication for less than $65 for a 90 day supply. They also have a great deal regarding shipping charges for long time clients. I am very impressed and hope to be a long time client.

I have enjoyed excellent service from DMD for some years now. Most recently, my medications took 9 days from date of order to date of delivery from London, England to Jacksonville, FL USA. Highly recommended!
